Branding & Identity

Collab is a boutique recruitment agency based in Leeds, founded by Lisa Brown, who brought her extensive experience in recruitment to create a business that connects companies and individuals in marketing, agency, digital, and creative sectors. I worked closely with Lisa to define the brand and develop its identity, deeply exploring her vision and the unique proposition she wanted to offer.

I crafted several creative directions that emphasised diversity and differentiation, developing a flexible design system based on simple geometric shapes. These shapes could be combined in various ways to create a dynamic visual identity that reflected the agency’s collaborative ethos.

The final suite of assets included a streamlined toolkit with templates designed for social media use. These templates were versatile, covering job posts, lifestyle content, and profiles showcasing the individuals behind the roles. The result was a cohesive and engaging visual identity that helped position Collab as a fresh and innovative agency in the competitive recruitment market.
